MIRPUR: A woman was killed while 10 other were critically injured when a passenger bus carrying pilgrims skidded off the road and fell into a deep ditch at Modern Jaboot Village on late Saturday. According to police sources, the bus was on the way from Lahore to Khari Shareef with pilgrims from various parts of Punjab when suddenly the driver lost his control due to over-speeding and fell into deep ditch. As a result, a woman was died while 10 others injured. The body and injured were shifted to district hospital while the police arrested the driver and started investigation.
